AMBIT helps businesses discover, review, and prioritize public-sector and related opportunities using publicly available information and third-party sources. AMBIT may also provide support around sourcing, summaries, and front-end bid organization. AMBIT is not legal advice.

2) No guarantee + verification

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, summary, match score, estimate, or recommendation. You are responsible for verifying requirements, deadlines, attachments, and submission rules on the official solicitation source before acting.

3) Acceptable use

  • Do not bypass paywalls or access controls.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.

4) Billing, cancellation, refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the paid billing period.
  • Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, especially for partial billing periods or work already performed.

8) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AMBIT harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
